National Women’s Health and Fitness Day Sep. 29

On September 29, 2021, is national women’s health and fitness day. This awareness is the largest event that helps promote women of all ages and being healthy.

Having a set plan for yourself in your daily tasks and you’re having time for yourself is important. There are many ways to become involved and pushing yourself to become better health wise.

-Practice meditations or prayer.

How to spread awareness
Spreading awareness for many women around the world is what it’s all about. Participating in local organizations or hospitals could be a way to show your interest in helping other women succeed.
The HIRC health information resource center organization helps raise this event along with other organizations. This awareness is always celebrated on a Wednesday every year and is never missed.
Some places that usually participates in this awareness is senior homes, hospitals, health clubs, colleges. Of course, spreading this awareness and how important it is throughout social media platforms could help spread faster.
